  • Check Thermostat – To ensure the operation of the system upon arrival.
  • Check Operation of Heating Elements (Electric) – To be sure all elements sequence on and off properly.
  • Check Filter – A dirty or plugged filter can reduce airflow and make your unit work harder.  Saves money on energy bills.  We recommend checking every month and replacing it when dirty.
